When dangerous products or practices harm people on a wider scale, I work with clients to choose their best course of action. In a class action, a small number of people stand up and bring a lawsuit to protect the rights of other similarly harmed individuals. In a mass tort, groups of people band together and bring individual claims in a single, collective lawsuit. Both options present challenges and opportunities, which is why I work hard to develop the best strategy we can based on every case’s individual circumstances.
